Extension rgnewsimg released

tt_news with integrated style switch. Finally some changes in the news system. Image sets are included too.

The big disadvantage of tt_news is that all news records look the same and there is no chance to alternate styles. This has been solved now with the extension rgnewsimg! 

Advantages

• The editor can (if he is allowed to) choose between some predfined and preconfigured design sets. The whole HTML-Template and the TS configuration is changeable through these design sets.
• Imagesets allow to group images into groups. These imagesets can be positioned and configured independently from each other.
